Bio of the therapist

A Psychologist with over 5 years of experience in psychological counseling and mental health support. He specializes in treating various psychological disorders and personality disorders using a wide range of therapeutic approaches. His work integrates Psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Reality Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Art Therapy, and psychological, family, and marital counseling.

He holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, a diploma in Educational Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Arts. He also received training in multiple psychological approaches at Mansoura University and currently practices under the supervision of Professor Mohamed Hussein Saad El-Din, Head of the Psychology Department there.

Yousef has worked in several psychological centers and international organizations as a psychologist and currently serves as a psychologist at SOS International Foundation. In addition to his clinical work, he is actively involved in mental health awareness initiatives as the founder and director of the “Hiraa Initiative for Psychological Awareness and Education.” He is also a published writer, lecturer, and research contributor in the field of psychology.
